if you haven’t been able to tell by now i love a breakfast bowl & i love a sweet one. i only post my SP one every few days 🙂 i’ve recently found a paleo yogurt – it has a cashewmilk base, no added sugars, plus probiotics. i used it as the base for my yogurt parfait that is now making a COMEBACK!!
not that you need a recipe to make a yogurt bowl, but this one just turned out so perfectly & photographed even more perfectly 😉 that i wanted to post it! plus, i used my NEW recipe: paleo granola!! it’s grain free — on the blog — maple almond coconut granola [click there for granola!].
i found this yogurt at the Fresh Market, figured i’d try it, & i will most definitely be returning for more. it is plain + unsweetened, so i stirred in a bit of honey to sweeten it just enough.
really, your yogurt parfait can include whatever you want in it. for this one, i kept it simple, topped the honey-sweetened yogurt with a sliced banana, sliced strawberries, my GRANOLA, shredded unsweetened coconut, + honey drizzle! done!!
INGREDIENTS » 
› 1 ForagerProject organic unsweetened cashewgurt
› 1 banana, sliced
› handful of maple almond coconut granola
› strawberries, sliced
› 1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
› honey, drizzled
HOW TO MAKE »
- prepare granola ahead according to recipe [linked above].
- layer yogurt, fruit, granola in bowl to your preference.
- top with drizzle of honey + coconut flakes.
